Hello my name is Liza Couser.

I am a New York City based actor and director originally from Madison, Wisconsin.

This June, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Dartmouth College with a major in Theater and a minor in Linguistics. Though originally known for my performance as "Short Tail the cat" in my fourth grade production of Snow White, I was featured more recently as Rose Lennox in Secret Garden at the New London Barn Playhouse.

Last fall, I directed Circle Mirror Transformation at Dartmouth College and won the Clifford S. Gurdin 1964 Memorial Award for directing.

I am passionate about theater that ignites conversation, tells untold stories, and reminds audiences of their humanity.

Please reach out to say hello or ask a question!
